Key technical parameters and performance
Pressure level
It complies with ASME B16.9 and GB/T 12459 standards. Common grades: Sch10 (low pressure, ≤2.0MPa), Sch40 (medium pressure, ≤4.0MPa), Sch80 (high pressure, ≤10.0MPa).
Wall thickness deviation
Hot-pushed elbow pipe: ±12.5% (if the wall thickness is 10mm, the allowable range is 8.75-11.25mm).
Surface treatment
Carbon steel elbow pipe: Sandblasting rust removal + epoxy primer (Sa2.5 grade); Stainless steel elbow pipe: Pickling and passivation (surface roughness Ra≤3.2μm).
Testing standard
Non-destructive testing: RT (radiographic) or UT (ultrasonic) testing, qualified at level III or above; High-pressure bent pipes need to be inspected 100%.

Building water supply and drainage: Domestic hot water (70℃, 0.6MPa)
Chemical industry: Sulfuric acid transportation (98% H₂SO₄, at room temperature)
Power station: Main steam pipeline (566℃, 25MPa)
