Introduction
High-pressure alloy seamless steel pipe is a kind of high-strength pipe made from alloy steel pipe blanks (containing alloy elements such as Cr, Mo, V, and Nb) through piercing and hot rolling/cold rolling. It is specially designed for high-pressure (≥10MPa), high-temperature, corrosive or alternating load working conditions. Its core characteristics stem from the synergistic effect of alloying elements:
◆ Cr (chromium) : Enhances antioxidant properties (for example, 5% Cr can withstand high-temperature oxidation at 600℃).
◆ Mo (Molybdenum) : Enhances high-temperature strength (for example, 1% Mo increases creep strength at 500℃ by 30%).
◆ V (vanadium) /Nb (niobium) : Refines grains and improves fatigue resistance (for example, V-N microalloying increases the fatigue limit by 20%).
Key performance indicators
High-temperature mechanical properties
At 600℃, the creep fracture strength of P91 steel within 100,000 hours is ≥100MPa, meeting the long-term operation requirements of power stations.
Corrosion resistance
The corrosion rate of Incoloy 825 in a solution containing 20% H₂SO₄ is less than 0.1mm/a, which is superior to that of 316L stainless steel.
Low-temperature toughness
2.25Cr-1Mo steel (SA335 P22) has an impact energy of ≥47J at -20 ℃ and is suitable for low-temperature and high-pressure scenarios.
Anti-hydrogen corrosion
According to the Nelson curve, 15CrMoG steel has no risk of hydrogen-induced cracking when the H₂ partial pressure is ≤7MPa and the temperature is ≤525℃.
